--TO TAKE A TRIAL CLASS:
1) Register a NEW Account or into your current account for the class-ADD the class but do NOT make a Payment at the CHECKOUT page---Xout of the screen
and all info is SAVED.
2) Attend the Class and check with the teacher if
not sure of your child's progress.
3) If all is good after taking the first class -
then return to your Account to process the payment
before returning the following week.
This action will guarantee your child's place in the class before the next class.

**MISSED CLASS POLICY - If a student has less than 4 lessons taken in a month regardless of the reason---holiday, illness, vacation, or etc--the student can take a Makeup class 30 days before or after missing-NO need to contact our Office--Just tell teacher of the class your child attends they are there for a Makeup class.

- STUDIO POLICIES and monthly TUITION:
- FAMILY DISCOUNT= First child pays full tuition. 2nd, 3rd, etc. family member receives $10 off their monthly tuition.
- Company Division families with 3 or more students--contact the Office for further assistance.
- Tuition is the same amount each month regardless if 3, 4, or 5 weeks. Due on the 1st and Later Pay after the 5th. If a student account balance is past 30 days--the studio has the right to terminate lessons for a student with only a 24 hour email notice.
See below in regards to making up a missed class due to holiday, illness or etc.. - Missed or not used classes can not be transferred to another student.
- We accept Visions Home School school Students--at registration--do Not make payment at Checkout--just Xout of screen. Please indicate at the School attends--Visions--so we are aware. Apply for Voucher and we are notified.

- Please first REGISTER /CREATE ACCOUNT for your child so the teacher knows your child is coming to the class and class space is saved for them in our system.
Taking a Trial Class -to place your child in a 'Trial position' - please register your child(s) into the class of their choice. - at the website final CHECKOUT PAGE --do not make the payment--just XOUT of the screen and all information is saved. You can come to the class and then make your payment before returning the following week or let the office know if wish to try 1 more class to see which is the best fit for your child(s).
Note: Not processing a payment may not guarantee your child's placement in the class if it becomes closed/ full.
**Registration does not commit you to any class. YOU CAN TRANSFER TO ANY OTHER CLASS.
**if your registration goes to a "waitlist' position--our office will notify you when your child can attend the class or email the office the next week. - MISSED CLASS MAKEUP POLICY -- A STUDENT IS WELCOME TO TAKE ANOTHER CLASS IF THEY MISS THEIR CLASS(s) DUE TO ANY REASON--HOLIDAY, ILLNESS OR ETC. PLEASE DO SO 30 DAYS BEFORE OR 30 DAYS AFTER. TUITION IS THE SAME AMOUNT REGARDLESS OF ATTENDANCE UNLESS HOSPITALIZED OR INJURED WITH MD NOTE.
**NO NEED TO CONTACT THE OFFICE FOR AN OKAY - JUST CHOOSE A CLASS FROM SCHEDULE THAT IS AGE/LEVEL APPROPRIATE AND TELL THE TEACHER THE student is THERE FOR A "MAKEUP CLASS". - TO CHANGE a class or STOP a class or TRANSFER to Another CLASS:
ONLY can be done by the Office and WILL NEED TO be sent in an email to: [email protected] and a confirmation received back.
all changes of a Class(s) must be sent in by last day of the month to avoid tuition being posted on 1st of next month.
after the 1st of a month--tuition is due regardless of stop reason.
*if you or your student has a schedule change during the school year-- - we do offer transfer to another class thru about February/march of the school year. - AGE & LEVEL guidelines: AGE & LEVEL IS listed AS A HELPFUL guideline BUT HAVE A RANGE THAT IS INDIVIDUAL TO SOME STUDENTS DEPENDING ON THEIR PAST AND CURRENT TRAINING HERE OR ELSEWHERE.

- CLASS SIZE MINIMUM: If a class is at a low enrollment-less than 3 students, it may have to be cancelled or moved to new day/time- Students will be offered a transfer to another class. The office will notify you by email if this should occur. PLEASE CHECK THE SCHEDULE REGULARLY FOR UPDATES --- WITHIN THE FIRST COUPLE WEEKS FOR POSSIBLE CHANGES.
- NO REFUNDS: *Tuition is NON refundable once payment received- only will be refunded or credited if an injury or illness occurs to not allow taking class(s). MD note must be received.
- PAYMENT OPTIONS:
DEBIT /CREDIT card ONLINE OR CHECK/CASH AT OFFICE - - Gift certificates: please email us a copy with your child's name written on it after you register. If unable to email prior to attending--please bring to the Office at the 1st class and we will adjust your account. Note --do not make a payment until we adjust your account.
Adult fitness - Zumba, Jazzercise --Tap intermediate: Independent programs and you will not register thru the website. will only pay their teacher directly.
REFUND-CREDIT POLICY
Tuition AND REGISTRATION FEE ARE NON refundable ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE--CREDIT CAN BE LEFT ON ACCOUNT- TUITION CAN only will be refunded or credited if an injury or illness occurs to not allow taking class(s). MD note must be received AT THE OFFICE.
*LIABILITY RELEASE-all parents of minor or adults entering the program are responsible to notifying the Office/Staff
of any preknown medical or physical situation-previous or current injury, etc.
Upon registering a student-minor-into the school, the parent/guardian agrees to all of the listed here DCPAC studio tuition,payment, withdrawal of a class and conduct policies. Also, accepting to take a Trial Class and complete a Registration into the school releases Dance Connection PAC staff/owners of all liability or injury upon entering/taking a dance class within a studio.
PHOTO RELEASE policy:
Students of DANCE CONNECTION PERFORMING ARTS CENTRE (DCPAC) may have the opportunity to
be photographed or video taped at various dance events. These photos or videos may be included for publications or advertisements, including on our website, social media. To ensure privacy, specific names of children will not be included. No financial compensation shall be given for use of any photographs or videos. Once you registerer into classes, you are acknowledging that Dance Connection Performing Arts Centre may choose to use your photo or video at any time, and may do so at its own discretion at a later date. Dance Connection Performing Arts Centre also reserves the right to discontinue use of photos or video without notice. Upon your registration, you agree that you have read this release and understand its contents and you consent to and authorize the use by DCPAC, or anyone authorized by DCPAC, of any and all photographs or videos which have been taken of your child/children.
*Dismissal from the school at anytime is at the discretion of the Director-owner(s).
